Boulders Garden is a luxary hotel situated in Kalawana, within close proximity to Sinharaja World Heritage Rainforest, however, well outside it's buffer zone.
The hotel has taken decent steps towards Habitat Loss Prevention and promoting Native Vegetation within it's property.
Boulders Garden Hotel also gets good ratings for Trash Pollution Control & Recycling due to their policy of minimizing the usage of plastic and
non bio-degradable items. No history of supporting Bio-Diversity Conservation projects, which is the only criteria where Boulders Garden Hotel
did not get a positive score.

To date, Boulders Garden Hotel has not been active in supporting Bio-Diversity Conservation Projects in the surrounding area.
Two rivers (Kuda Ganga and Delgoda Ganga) flow close by the hotel property. The triangular area formed by the Kuda Ganga,
Delgoda Ganga and Kalawana/Rakwana road, with the hotel lying inside these boundaries, offer a tremendous opportunity for the Boulders Garden
Hotel to launch a Bio-Diversity Conservation project. Request for such project has not been accepted by hotel nanagement to date.
